So the database has been down for a while now. I've been sitting here listening to music and reading old emails. Now I think I'm going to go to lunch. Maybe I'll actually be able to get something done when I return. Or not.

What, weren't you listening when I told you I was terrified of playing in front of people? Feh - duets. It's gonna take awhile for that kinda thing. :)

You can do it. Like the song goes, "...I believe in you/and alllll that you do-oooo/yeah yeah yeah etc." Track 3, I think.

An aside: I just ran into Dave (the singer/gitterist)'s ex-grrrlfriend in the lobby. Whadda kowinky-dink.

OK, but as soon as you get comfy wit it, I wanna hear some singin'.

And of course I was nice to the ex-grrrl. We've been friends for a long time. She's the one who actually got me the job here. She got let go 2 mos. later, tho'. I think I'm bad luck for her. She said that she needed to talk to me about something, but she wouldn't say what, so now it's bugging me. Maybe she just doesn't want Six Day Affair to get back together now that Dave lives in Seattle again.
