"You just have to let you boob fall out," said he...

Sun, baseball, good company, and 16 oz. Budweisers in plastic bottles, and near run in's with my ex's entire family - that's what my afternoon was made of.

Now I got a sunburn and some fond memories to show for it.

Later: bad Italian disco, sleep, food - quite good food, with good peoples.

Am now tending to my UV-ray inflicted wounds. Ouch.

Welcome to the club

Hey, everyone say hi to [livejournal.com profile] putchar. He & I go waaaayyy back, and I didn't know he had an LJ until this morning. He used to be the equipment wrangler/web honcho for the late , lamented Six Day Affair.

So hey man - the idea of getting SDA back together has been discussed, but no action has been taken. Dave is back, and George is a family man now, but it may still yet happen.

(no subject)

I think that StarOffice and the LiveJournal client do play nicely together.

When both go at the same time, my box tends to freak out, just like it's doing right now.

Feh.

Are they SUV-drivin', latte-drinkin', tech-industry-workin' type of Seattleites?

On NPR this morning, they were talking about the folks planning on protesting at the G-8 meeting in Genoa, Italy. Apparently, these protesters are being referred to (or are referring to themselves as - it wasn't clear) as The People of Seattle.

Hrm.

I don't think I realized quite how much of a impact the WTO protests had on the world psyche.
