Something that occurred to me last night while at the video store: the classic film Meet The Feebles was directed by none other than Mister-Lord-of-the-Rings himself, Peter Jackson. Imagine if he remade Feebles with LOTR's budget?
Actually, it prolly wouldn't be as good. There's a definite appeal in the lo-fi production values and crappy Muppet knock-offs.
