Maybe I should start writing bad goth poetry

Alright, enough of that shit.

I was gonna go get my hair cut tonight after work, but Julie (the person who cuts mah hair) doesn't work until tomorrow. So it's just gonna have to wait.

Tonight: hanging out with my buddy Henry Weinhard and some of his fine Private Reserve beer, and reviweing the CDs I've been neglecting to review for a week now. I'll give you a rundown on what's on deck for tonight:

The Go-Go's - God Bless The Go-Go's: features songwriting contributions from Billie Joe Armstrong from freaking Green Day. Youch.

shannonwright - Perishable Goods: includes a cover of the Bee-Gees "I Started A Joke" w/Allan Sparhawk from Low on vocals.

Girls Against Boys - Series 7 sdtk: Well, GvsB and songs by some other folks (i.e. Joy Division, MenKing, etc) but mostly GvsB.

Counterfit - From Finish To Starting Line: I know exactly dick about this band/record. It looks like it'll be some sort of emo/hardcore record. We'll see.

Oval - Ovalcommers: How do you say "blip bleep skshhhskshh bleeep wah wah wah" in German? Ask Markus Popp.

Word. Well, better get crackin'.

I wouln't count on any magic happening...I haven't seen this girl in many moons, and I have no idea what she'll be like.
