While The Cat's Away The Mice Will Play

The head honcos are all gone for an off-site meeting. My plastic quotient will be greatly reduced today. My weekend starts in eight hours. Woo hoo. Went to Six Arms last night...ate food, drank beer, read the new issue of Bass Player magazine (yeah, so I'm a guitar dork...at least I don't own any Stu Hamm or Yngiwe Malmsteen records). Went to Bauhaus, kicked it avec Dale...got to hear some bootlegged Godspeed You Black Emperor! stuff that Bryan gave him. WOOO. Muy excited for them to play here. Tonight is Anna's birthday. Goin' to the Cyclops to get our drink on inna birthday stylee.

I did a quick survey of the "interests" portion of LiveJournal.

An equal amount of people (54) listed "religion" & "drinking".
"Beer" by itself netted 70 adherents.
Not surprisingly, 193 people listed "sex"; however, only 4 listed "fucking".
1 person listed "yodelling". The sad thing is that it was me.
5 LJ-usin' folks listed "shit". This includes someone who's handle is Lifewithoutpoo.
We have a whopping 7 folks listing "quantum physics" as an interest--one less than either "guns" or "poop".
The most popular musician appears to be "Tori 'Gonna Writhe On My Piano Bench Jus' A Little Bit More, Baby' Amos", with 133, far outpacing "Backstreet Boys" with 5.
Apparently, 2 brave souls admitted to being interested in "soft rock"; Polka fared marginally better with 3. Sadly, one of these is, again, due to me.
