Spring forward, fall down go boom
Oct. 28th, 2001 09:51 amYesterday, the grrrl and I and her bro and the bro's girl, after breakfast at Cafe Flora, hopped on Interstate 5 and drove down to the Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge. The four of us spent several hours walking through the preserve, drinking in the surroundings, watching the birds and trying to find the elusive river otter.
We made a stop in Olympia on our way back north. We had lunch at The Spar, and then checked out the guitar shop next door, where Alex and I engaged in some wankery, much to the dismay of the womenfolk. Alex and his girl left, and C and I went to the magazine shop, and then to Archibald Sisters, where we bought candies and other novelties.
From there, it was back to the Emerald City, for a quiet night at home ;)
