The grrrl hooked me up with some St. John's wort/kava kava concoction that's supposed to help take the edge off when yr tryin' to quit smoking. (Thanks also has to go to Chris for suggesting it). I think it's helping.

(I'm wondering if it's being 50% grain alcohol has anything to do with it...)
