Is it wrong of me to characterize the fans of the Barenaked Ladies, Dave Matthews Band, et al., as overpriveliged white college (or college-age, at least) kids?

I would not throw Barenaked Ladies in with Dave Matthews. I think of them more in the They Might Be Giants group. While not always my favorite music I think they have a bit more creativity than Mr. Matthews, but maybe thats just me and I don't think I am a frat boy although I do like the beer.
