Ow, my back

p0tat0esSo, I wake up this morning, only to discover that my back is FUCKED from moving yesterday. I tried to be good, lifting with the legs instead of the back, but to no avail. I am in some serious pain here. It's OK when I'm not moving, but when I get up to walk...jeeez. Ow. Sheeeit.
In other news: trying to decide if I want to go down to the Kincora to watch the Mariners game. I just had breakfast, and it's not sitting too well, so dumping a bunch of beer on top of it might not be the best thing in the world to do.
Ran into Jen Benum at Bauhaus this morning...hadn't seen her in forever. We said our whassups and were on our respective ways.
I need to call my dad, wish him a happy dad's day. I need to call my brother and sister too.
I need a back transplant.
