Medeski Martin & Wood are not a hippie band. I always thought that they were too weird for Phisheads to get into, what with all their free jazz leanings (when they aren't playing ass-shakin music)...but I guess not. That, and Dateline NBC uses their music in bumpers for stories. What the hell...

I will never get high and listen to this band. Put that in your pipe and smoke it.
