p0tat0esYet another spectacular day. Left the house at 8:25 or so and it was already 65 degrees. Love that shiz. I'm not really feelin' this whole work thing.
After several abortive attempts, I finally got some laundry done last night. Neglected the reviewing though. I did end up sort of writing a song, or at least part of a song, with lyrics 'n' everything. I tape recorded the guitar part, played it back, and then sang over that. I suppose I could get off my ass and four track it, but ehhh...I'm not sure how much I like the guitar part. It's too simple. E-G-F# for most of it. There's a lot to be said for three chord songs, though. Ah, fuck it. Who cares. As long as it sounds good, right? And who knows if this will sound good? My singing voice leaves a lot to be desired. It tends to jump from a Calvin Johnson-esque baritone to some sort of high tenor squawk.
Hell, some of the greatest singers ever couldn't 'sing'.
