I'm watching the traffic on nothbound I-5 begin to slow to a crawl. Why is it that people who live in a city where it rains nine months out of the year seem ill-equipped to drive in it? Maybe it's due to shock, seeing how it has not rained in quite some time. Or maybe they're jus' dumb folk. I dunno. What the hell am I complaining about? I haven't driven a car in like, four years or something.
