Coffee and carrot sticks are surprisingly good together.

It is possible, however, that due to the generally dulled condition of my taste buds, that the combination actually tastes very, very bad and I just can't tell.

In other news:  Shaun of the Dead is brilliant, Napoleon Dynamite, a copy of which I became the owner of over Xmas, is hilarious, and Frida is quite good.  Requiem for a Dream didn't make me want to become a junkie any time soon, and Ichi The Killer is, erm, like, really violent 'n' stuff.

Requiem for a Dream is an awesome movie. If you like it, you should check out Pi, by the same director. It'll make your head hurt a bit.

Pi is one of my all time favorite flicks. I saw it twice in the theater. Have it on VHS, but I feel compelled to get the DVD. He used a ton of the same supporting actors - like the guy that played Samir in Office Space...
