Met up with Stacy and Brian at Bauhaus. I thought I saw my ex-girlfriend Liz there, but she was gone by the time I had sat down, so I don't know if it was really her or not. Oh well. I dunno what I would have said to her (probably something like "Have you broken up with that loser boyfriend of yours yet?"). Saw that Andy from FCS North and Eyvind Kang are doing a show at I-Spy tomorrow night. (Think live d'n'b drumming with crazy out-noise violin and you'll start to get a picture of what this might be like.) I think I'm going to have to be there. Anyhow, we left Bauhaus and went up to Sapphire (Anna met up with us around midnight:15). Sure, the drinks are expensive (our total bill came up to somthing like $65.00 before tip, and they comped us an appetizer), but Pat (the bartender) and Courtney (a co-owner) love Anna and I, so it's all worth it.

All in all, it was a very nice time. But now I'm home. I should go to bed soon. I need to try to not sleep in until 1:00 pm like I did today. Lazy ass.

dood! i admit i'm a big fan of parenthetical comments myself (blame it on j.d. salinger). and I would never make fun of you for listening to temple of the dog. (notice the emphasis on I). you probably won't even read this since i'm so behind, but oh well.
