I am still deciding if its up to reign in blood standards but it sure is one of the few times that a band manages to come back with material 10 years later that is up to their earlier work. Metallica comes to mind in the flushing self down toilet camp as well as Megadeth although they are trying now that they have ditched capitol records hey way to much info for a response anyway :)
