Is this another round of late-spring sickness? I was sick maybe three weeks ago. I thought the sneeze attack I had on Friday was just allergies. But it hasn't gone away. I feel like scheiße.

In other 'news', I've been listening the fuck out of the Dave Chapelle's Block Party soundtrack, and a Kemado Records sampler (Dungen, The Sword, Priestbird, etc.). That Vietnam band that I keep reading about? Kinda sucky. I dunno. I think they're lame. The Sword is another unintentional Sabbath tribute band, but they still kick ass regardless.

Saw Dancer In The Dark last night. Um...let's just say that it's not the most uplifting film. In fact it's really fucking sad. By the end pretty much all of the theater was crying. Fudge. Anna & I then went to the Irish Emmigrant to get a drink and unwind after the movie. Then the news declared George Dubyuh Bush the next president. The one drink turned into about five. Even the people who worked at the bar, who are, as the name suggests, Irish emmigrants, were sad...and they can't even vote! Drank until about 1:30. Then home (the woman's crib). Got up late (7:25). Was 15 minutes late to work. Oh well. What does it matter? Half of the country is all gung-ho for a coke-snorting frat boy from Texas (which should be given back to Mexico, methinks). I can's say I like Gore, but Bush is worse, and I wished that everyone who voted for Nader had paid more attention. Ol' Ralphie boy, bless his soul, didn't even get his 5%. Sucks to be him. And sucks to be us.
